The DB WholeMe programme has won the wellness programme award at the 2025 HR New Zealand Awards.

Guided by our value of care for people and planet, our WholeMe programme was recognised for supporting the wellbeing of our people in areas covering internal, mental, physical, social and financial wellness.

HRNZ is the professional body for human resources practitioners in New Zealand and has been going for 40 years. This year’s awards were hosted in the Viaduct Events Centre and with around 600 guests from some of NZ’s most successful businesses and organisations.
