Our recruitment process

  1. Find your ideal job and apply online at our careers website.

  2. One of our recruitment team will review your application and get in touch with you.

  3. If we think you've got the right ingredients for the role, we'll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.  You may be invited back for a second interview to meet other members of the team.

  4. After your interview(s), if we think you're the right person for the job, we'll ask your permission to:
    - Contact your referees
    - Obtain a copy of your criminal record from Ministry of Justice
    - Confirm you have valid licences/accreditations/qualifications required for your job
    - Have a pre-employment health assessment completed

  5. We'll make you a job offer.

  6. If you accept our offer, we'll start preparing for your arrival at DB!
