DB’s corporate affairs and legal teams work across all aspects of the business to assist with creating conditions for sustainable business growth. As guardians of our business, brands and reputation, the Corporate Affairs gurus look after the company's internal and external communications, including media and government relations, public affairs, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement and brand PR. Our Legal experts provide advice on a wide range of legal matters, including advice about food law, property law, health and safety, intellectual property rights and, naturally, the sale and supply of alcohol.
Our people team partner with the business to deliver strategic and operational aspects of human resources from recruitment, employee relations, and payroll, to learning, organisational development and culture.

HEINEKEN Graduate Programme at DB: An 18-month accelerated leadership scheme where participants work on a range of critical projects or assignments across DB and “land” in a permanent role upon completion.
